What is going On With Our Country

How can we allow government entities to change our Constitution to suit them?

Did you know that hear say can & will be used against you in a “Court Of   Law”? This is   a  fact!  This not only goes against everything that our country stands for but is a giant step towards communism.

If The Division of Youth and Family Services is to take you to court, You Are Guilty & Have To Prove Otherwise. You can be found guilty on The Division Of Youth & Family Services “Opinion” alone. This practice goes on daily in the sate of New Jersey!

  The Great Powerhouse The Division Of Youth & Family Services

You as a single person have zero chance of taking on the “Great Powerhouse the Division Of Youth And Family Services government agency. No chance at all of getting you point across. If the division is knocking on your door you better do what they want and as fast as they want it ,Or Else!  This is reality!  I do not know if this is like this threw out the country or not; but in the state of New Jersey it sure is.

The Division Of Youth And Family Services operates on a method of receiving calls or complaints.most of the time anonymously. Well in this day and age there is nothing done anonymously but I can see that it needs to be done this way. My problem comes when this power is being abused by the division!  They use this anonymous issue to get things done in court! All they have to do is say “Oh We Had A Anonymous Call” no proof of call or anything and they get what they want!

Believe me I do not get along with some of my family members and have had my life turned up side down because of around 5 to 7 claims of anonymous calls. Mind you my children are the last children in the world that are neglected or abused in any way! I am a single father of 4 and have custody of 3 of them and fighting to get the fourth.

What I am saying is how can they spend the time and resources to investigate me and my children when there is children that need help. Maybe there isn’t in my area and they are doing it for job security? This has been going on for over a year! At times they were coming to my house 5 days a week.   You would laugh if you new me and my children . Why are they wasting there time and resources on me my family,”How Many More Family’s Our Out There” that they are just dumping there lives upside down for “Job Security”. If there is no problem lets make one is what I am thinking how they operate in Ocean County NJ.

Scared To Write Because Of There Power

I have been told by friends & family not to write about my story because they and I are afraid that they will come after me,Well they have been the whole time. Whats the difference!

Who does one turn to for help? Should I go to the police and file a criminal complaint against a government agency? Were does one go when they are scared for me my family! I believe in my heart that they broke a few laws and now have to take my children away from me in order to prove there case ! Without anything even being done  wrong on my part!

I have spoken to a few higher ups in  Division Of Youth And Family Services Workers from a different area’s and asked them to please look over this case that my children’s mother has. She agreed.

Do you know what she came back and said to me is ? My God in 25 years of working with the division I have never seen a case like this!”They Are Doing Anything They Want” her advise get the case closed and then  move away from that town!

Do you know how scared that made me ? They are doing everything in there power to take my children and I know it! There own rules state that a removal of a child should be the last resort. In this case it was first, I am the father and never was asked before the removal. What about the two sets of grandparents? Never a option! They took a brand new baby first with no positive urine’s or anything ! Even worse they told the doctor staff things that ended up changing the way the baby is being treated for” Head Injure ” to dug abuse and without and test results started to detox the baby with drugs.

How can this happen in the greatest country in the world?

We have been asking for over a year, almost to a point of begging for a meeting where we can all sit down and talk over the case together in one room at the division office to get everyone on the same page because the division is telling family members things that are not true and causing fights. The whole family is not speaking to one another because of this case worker and her feelings about what she thinks? Also for over a year we have been asking for a different case worker because this one there seems to be problems with she gets a sudden case of amnesia every time it comes to getting something constructive done.  Wouldn’t you know finally after 5 years of asking and 3 different open cases none with me they all of a sudden remove the worker.No we know that she was just doing what she was told from her superiors things are still getting worse!

Why aren’t they Putting The Family Back Together ?

It’s over a year since my daughter has been born and they still will not give her back to her mother or me. Her mother it is so ridiculous the hoops they put her threw and still will not give her back. They even made her do parenting 3 times without any recommendations from the first one, anger management for 6 months when it was never even on case order to be done as far as a substance abuse evaluation she did a extended evaluation with no recommendations,yet still will not give  the baby back.Worse yet I tried to take custody thinking how could they not give her to me I am raising a 3 year old and a 5 year old ? Well they are going after my 2 now !

I am putting together this blog to tell my story and to see if there is other’s out there like it.

Did you know that the Division Of Youth And Family Services in the State Of New Jersey can  do anything that they want to do including listen in on your phone conversations take your children away without any reason what so ever.

Did you know that they can take your children away from you for you “Taking A Legal Prescription”, Without Committing A Crime,without so much as a speeding ticket .

God for bid if you get  arrested for anything and give them a reason, they can take your children before YOUR FOUND GUILTY!

Did you know that the Division of Youth and Family services in my local area of New Jersey if they are called out on a investigation for any reason the procedure starts with  “Everyone Gets Sent for Evaluations . These evaluations are all done by the same Doctors & Company’s for all investigations that is everyone that comes in contact with the division. “Office located Inside DYFS building for most of them.’ These company’s and hand selected doctors which whom know what they need to do for the division otherwise they do not get more referrals from the division . In other words they do what the division wants period.

There is a thing called doctor patient confidentiality in this country right! Wrong! How they get passed that is they send over all the information they have on the first party to the doctor, so they already have information on this case. At this time then they other party gets sent to the same doctor . This is there idea of a unbiased evaluation to you?

So they do a evaluation on you all the time with the Divisions Of Youth & Family Services recommendations in their ear. So it’s a win win for both of them. The division get’s there recommendations and the company gets to refer recommendations back to themselves for services.

Where I am from! That is called a MONOPOLY. Against the Law! This is nothing I am just getting warmed up.

Division Of Youth & Family Services & Court Proceedings

Lets just say for a second that you have a tooth problem and you go to the dentist because you can not take the pain anymore and he prescribes you a prescription for pain & antibiotic  . Common situation we all have done before. A couple weeks go bye and well the pain has gone away  so you do not get the tooth fixed because the pain is gone,so a month goes bye and the pain comes back? What do you think the common thing to do is ? Take the prescription that the dentist prescribed “Right” We all have done it.

Well two days later you get it a serious accident with your children in the car. My god your life is flashing bye your not sleeping or eating ,your  bye your child’s side. Now  30 nurses 5 Detectives 15 police officers 10 doctors have all seen you and nobody has even said anything about you even questioned about drinking and driving none of them smelt anything of even thought anything at all. They take blood from you.

Well in comes the Division Of Youth & Family Service from over 50 miles away not even the local office of the hospital but from your area and they are saying that they have a anonymous call that you smell like alcohol two weeks after the accident, not to mention that you do not drink and never have.

So they are there”Every Day” to interview you mind you, your son is dieing you are not eating or sleeping and now you are being put under the microscope. Now they are saying that you are high because you are falling asleep in cafeteria and they want you to drive 50 miles back home to take a drug test well your son is dying in the hospital.  You want to tell them to go to hell and leave you and your family alone but do not .

So you take the long ride and take the drug test and guess what . Remember the dentist that you went to a month ago but yet took the prescription again because your tooth hurt and you forgot to mention it. Well Its On and Popping Now!  You just failed a Drug Screen!!!

First reaction get the doctor on the phone get the prescription . It just doesn’t matter . They are taking your kids … Even if you have the doctor come to court. It doesn’t matter. And to boot they use a paper that says on the paper from your accident when blood was taken . The paper says on it ‘” This is in no way a drug screen” This is for medical per-pis only .This paper is not to be used in a court of law .  Against you in court !

You say over and over this can not happen I didn’t do anything! Yet It gets worse ! Your pregnant girlfriend that was the driver in the car gives birth . Before any tests are taken or done .The division tells the doctor that you she is on drugs and child is withdrawing !

So what do they do with no test results of any kind not to mention that the baby went breach in the stomach that means there was a impact along with a bruise on her stomach. They drug your child then lie in court and tell the judge that you were under the influence of alcohol.”Perjure”

How does a young couple that is going threw the worst experience in there lives take care of there son and fight the government giant The Division Of Youth And Family Services with No Aggravates office  to watch them . Gov Christy Cut the office but I still love him.

You can’t! Period .

Here how I knew something wasn’t quite right in the beginning ! I wasn’t within 100 miles when the event accident happened and yet they put the same charges on me as my children’s mother. And all along saying they are trying to take my kids .

1 Year later still going on so I try to go for custody of child that was taken ! What do you think they are doing now ! The same thing over another “LEGAL PRESCRIPTION”  and instead of getting my daughter they are trying to take my children that I have custody of and had all there lives.

Still never broke any laws or took any illegal drugs and NEVER PUT MY CHILDREN IN ANY DANGER THERE WHOLE LIVES & they are saying because my prescription is old and asking the judge that turns was  arrested for molesting someone, for a removal of my children.

Oh and I am a business owner they order me to be supervised by my elderly parents that I can not leave alone so I am now loosing everything I own because I can not leave my house and take my children with me like always.

They do not care at this point about the family it’s about cleaning up the mess that they did and all the rules or laws that they broke to get here and now will not be done until they take my children.

Every time I go to that court ,I do not have a case my children’s mother does I am considered a interested party but yet ever time I go to that court since day one ,all they do is talk about me as my child’s mother did parenting 3 times 3 different places then for a substance evaluation did a extended evaluation still no recommendations or dirty urine’s instead of giving back my daughter they send her to what they call a reunification program for 6 months .

Then still will not give her back . How are they getting away with this .

It is so clear NO Matter What She Does They Will Never Give Her Her Child Back. They would even place her with family. Never even asked .When her parents our DYFS certified .

It’s so funny the we have been begging them to let my parent and her parents and her and I all have a meeting to get on same page for 11 months and still no meeting and the whole family is hating and blaming one another .

I can honestly say that The Division Of Youth And Family Services In Ocean New Jersey is trying to protect themselves for what they did to my family and will not stop until they take all of my children and my livelihood. Oh and I am a single dad trying to raise my two children    with all this going on and paying not receiving but paying child support.

This is  what it is like in Ocean New Jersey Department Of Children’s and Family ‘s . Oh and they fired the worker and the judge was arrested and there doing this to me. HOW Can This Be Happening??

Still have my children after 7 anonymous calls & Investigations but have to be supervised around my children for taking a legal prescription that I received from a legal doctor. But loosing the battle 2 lawyers against 1.
